Our candidates undergo a screening process where their skills, qualifications, motivations and experience are matched to roles that meet the needs of service providers.
Our interviews blend behavioural, situational, regulatory and competency-based questions to give us a complete understanding of each candidate’s suitability.
Onboarding
Documents are collected and checked by our compliance team and are stored on a central system with clear expiry dates and data controls to ensure only those who can access them can.
An employee will be marked ‘Ready to Work’ when all documents have been received, checked and verified. Regular date checking is part of our compliance team’s tasks.
