- International mobility. With nursing skill shortages forecast to continue to grow we complement our domestic talent pools by providing candidates from countries such as the UK, Ireland, and Canada. Operating as a managed service to ensure security of supply we take care of all sourcing, visa, compliance, and relocation tasks.
- Outsourced projects. Through our Pulse OnDemand offering we support clients with spikes in permanent hiring. With dedicated account management and underpinned with intuitive technology we help reduce the cost traditionally associated with external agency hiring.
