Zain is responsible for driving Acacium’s healthcare staffing and workforce solutions offerings in Australia. He focuses on business strategy with a track record of growing client solutions across the Australian and global markets. He joined the team in 2020 to spearhead the organisation’s Australian market strategy and comes with 20 years’ experience in leadership and business growth. 

Mitch Hamer

Chief Commercial Officer

Mitch has been in the healthcare industry since 2012, recruiting in the Australian market. In 2015, he co-founded Sanctuary Recruitment which joined the Acacium Group in 2022 alongside Pulse Staffing Australia. His role is to develop and implement commercial strategies that foster growth and enhance market presence.

Liam Dye

Market Development Director

Liam is our Market Development Director, responsible for both exploring new business partnerships or acquisition opportunities. Liam has a decade of experience in finance and investing, in Canada, London and now Australia.

Paul Tinker 

Head of Bids and Client Solutions

Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment industry both in the UK and Australia, starting in the hospitality sector.  Since joining the company in 2021, his focus has been on pursuing more strategic relationships through formal bid processes and solution led initiatives such as the PALM Scheme. His collaborative and honest approach fosters trust and confidence with our customers both internal and external.

Michael Langer is the Finance Director at Acacium Group, a prominent international provider of healthcare staffing and services. With over 15 years of experience in finance across various industries and sectors within the UK, Michael joins the Australian business to provide the leadership to deliver sustainable growth.

Tahleah is Head of Acute Staffing at Pulse, leading our acute temp and contract teams to success in providing short- and long-term staffing solutions to public and private healthcare providers across the country. Tahleah has over 15 years of recruitment experience across healthcare and property landscapes.

Kim Lowe

Head of Candidate Services

Kim is our Head of Candidate Services, responsible for our candidate experience through attraction, compliance, and onboarding. Coming from a retail background, she has 15 years’ experience in people leadership and delivering a customer-first experience for internal and external customers.
