Pulse Staffing is urgently seeking an experienced Special Care Nursery (SCN) Nurse for a contract in Toowoomba, a well-supported regional hospital in Queensland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled SCN nurse looking to enjoy a rewarding contract role with accommodation just steps away from the hospital.
Contract Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 20th January 2026
- Location: Toowoomba, QLD
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts - AM, PM, and Night Duty
- Pay Rates: $63-163/hour + penalties (based on experience and shift type)
- Accommodation provided
Hospital & Unit Information:
- 160 + bed regional hospital
- 8-bed Level 2 Special Care Nursery
- No ventilators - CPAP experience essential
- Safe staffing ratios maintained
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Special Care Nursery
- Confident managing infants on CPAP
- AHPRA Registered Nurse - unrestricted
- Full working rights in Australia
- Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts
