Pulse Staffing have an incredible opportunity for a Resource Consultant to join our growing Allied Health team.
As a Resource Consultant with Pulse Staffing, you will join our Allied Health team specialising in permanent placements. Your role will include mainly candidate sourcing with the opportunity to develop into a consultant role for the right individual.
About the role:
- Candidate sourcing and building relationships with candidates
- Screening and completing an interview process with Allied Health Professionals such as Occupational Therapist's, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists etc.
- Advising of and collecting all relevant documentation require for the candidates employment
- Completing references for the applicants
- Entering all relevant information into our database
- Advertising for current job listings
- Regular check-ins with the applicant to ensure we are with them every step of the process, from pre to post placement
About You:
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Allied Health care sector (Desirable)
- Open to collaborating and working with others
- Works well under pressure
- Desire to achieve goals and targets
