Job Title: Medical/Surgical Ward Nurse
Job Summary:
Deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in a busy medical/surgical ward environment at Forster & Taree hospitals. Flexible ad-hoc shifts available including AM, PM, Nights, and Weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Key Details:
Base rate: $57.84 - $67.28/hour - Medical & Surgical
Locations: Forster & Taree
Ad-Hoc shifts available: AM, PM, Nights, Weekends
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
Qualifications:
Current registration with the relevant Nursing Board.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical/surgical ward setting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
