This role will be focused on growing an established public sector healthcare desk whilst collaborating with a team of consultants to support Pulse Staffing's vision to increase its footprint and market share in the Australian healthcare sector.
- Contributing to your team's growth goals through personal billings and leadership to deliver the vision.
- Identifying and developing new client partnerships
- Matching clinical professionals to suitable role opportunities
- Building and managing talent pools
Typically your role will include, although not limited to:
- Relationship management - building and nurturing client and candidate relationships to build trust, gain understanding and ensure a mutually beneficial relationship
- Candidate sourcing - Attracting suitable candidates for jobs by placing adverts, using LinkedIn, gaining referrals and other methods.
- Creating Employee Value propositions: Understanding your candidates motivations and clients' culture and offering to create value messages and propositions that support candidate attraction.
- Database management - utilising and efficiently managing candidate databases to find suitable matches between clients and candidates
- Screening and shortlisting - reviewing applications and then managing recruitment processes such as interviews, testing and shortlisting, updating clients and candidates
- New hire processes - references, qualifications and security checking as well as negotiating contracts and completing all new hire administration and correspondence
- Meeting targets - working to meet or exceed targets as defined with revenue targets to be agreed.
