The role
We are eagerly searching for Anaesthetics and Scrub/Scout Nurses
- Liaison with the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensuring patient and staff safety
- Supervising, directing and guiding nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) Nursing Assistants (NAs) to deliver patient care
- Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
- Innovative and supportive team, helping you grow within your career
About you
- Min. 12 months experience post registration is essential
- A minimum of 12 months in Acute Care Nursing is desirable
- Currently registered with APHRA as a Registered Nurse or an IV Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
