Pulse Staffing are seeking Registered Nurses to work casually in Private Hospitals throughout Sydney. Here you will have the opportunity to pick up shifts in a variety of wards including ICU, HDU and General Wards. Shifts are available on a 24HR shift pattern and range from 8-12HRs allowing you to work according to your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU/HDU.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care.
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic tests, responding promptly to any changes in the patient's condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the physician.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and execute treatment plans.
- Documenting patient care and progress.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated experience in ICU/HDU
- Current Police Check
- WWCC
- Rights to work within Australia
