Pulse Staffing are seeking a Director of Nursing for a 12 week contract located in Tasmania.
As the Director of Nursing, you will be required to lead the development and implementation of the nursing workforce, improve patient outcomes and implement and improve patient flow.
About you:
- Proven experience working as a Director of Nursing.
- Demonstrated experience leading nursing workforce teams, after hours managers, hospital coordinators and relevant clinical professionals
- Have a thorough understanding of the regulations, policies and best practice
- Previous experience working with healthcare funding and budgets
What you need:
- Relevant tertiary education within a Bachelor of Nursing
- Full and Current AHPRA Registration
- Recent experience working as a Director of Nursing within a hospital setting
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Clear and Concise communication skills
