The opportunity

We're hiring a Client Relationship Manager to support and grow our client base. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare facilities and connect them with high-quality nurses and tailored workforce solutions.

What you'll do

  • Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of healthcare clients
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Australia
  • Partner with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored temporary staffing solutions
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job ads, screening applicants, and supporting onboarding
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and workforce advice
  • Maintain accurate records using our recruitment technology and CRM systems

Who you are

  • Proven experience in account management, client services, recruitment, or a similar relationship-focused role
  • Confident communicating with clients via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and outcomes-driven
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within healthcare is advantageous, but not essential
  • Comfortable using technology and systems to manage clients, roles, and candidate workflows
