Relevant Clinical Skills (If Applicable):
- Scrub Scout - all scopes
- Anaesthetics nurse - Adult and/or paediatric trained
- Recovery - PACU and PACU 2
- Cathlab - Scrub Scout and/or Anaesthteics trained
- ICU/CCU/HDU

- 2 recent clinical referees
